The auction event proceeds support the PTA to fund academic enrichment programs, needed classroom technology, new library books, educational field trips, teacher professional development, and more!

The ticket price includes the cost of a silent and live auction with tons of great items, food and drink, and the venue...not to mention it is a great opportunity to see Hearst parents and teachers!  You do not have to bid on items if you don't want to! Buying a ticket and attending the event in support of Hearst is meaningful too.

Tickets are $55 per person and increase to $70 per person 2 weeks before the auction, so we encourage everyone to purchase their tickets now!


All Hearst Parents are invited and encouraged to join the parent parties.  Come mingle with other Hearst parents and support the auction.  It is a great way to get excited about the Auction and learn about the school, the activities, the programs, etc...all in a fun, relaxed setting. Please bring 2 bottles of wine - one will be shared at the Party and one will be bundled and put on the auction block in March.
