You
are invited to Hearst Elementary's Scholastic Book Fair beginning on
Monday, November 30th through Monday, December 7th, 2009. The book
fair will take place in our school library on the 2nd floor and is open
to neighbors and friends of Hearst. At our sale you will find books
and supplies suitable for toddlers all the way to teenagers. A
significant portion of the proceeds will go to benefit our library, so
please consider stopping by to support us! Hours of operation: Monday 11/30 to Friday 12/4 -- 8:30 to 9:30 am, and 3:15 to 6:30 pm Monday 12/7 -- 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Additionally,
on Thursday December 3rd, children's author Laura Krauss Melmed will be
reading selections from her work, doing activities with children in the
audience, and signing books from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Please join us in
the school library for this exciting (and free) event! Phoebe
