Join us at Pete’s New Haven Style Apizza on Monday, April 11th to help us raise money for our school’s CES program. The address is 4940 Wisconsin Ave NW, which is about a 5 minute drive from school. Staff: be on the lookout for an order form in your mailbox if you’d like to order lunch and have it delivered to Hearst that day. We hope you are able to join us for this great cause! A portion of the proceeds from 11 am to 10 pm will be donated back to our school to support our CES program. Don’t forget to mention Hearst at the counter or show them the attached flyer.

Good Afternoon Hearst CommunityThank you for your continued interest in the Hearst Park renovation project. You have been patient, and we greatly appreciate it.As indicated in my email below the DGS/DPR Hearst Project Team has made a recommendation for an Architect-Engineering firm (A-E) for the project. DGS’ Procurement Office is in negotiations with the recommended A-E firm and has not issued a contract.Community engagement can not start until the contract has been awarded and we have the A-E firm on board.I anticipate providing my next community update within the next 3-4 weeks or when we have an AE firm on board. If you prefer not to receive email updates please let me know and I will remove you from the Hearst global email group.
Also, feel free to share this information with your neighbors, family and friends who may be interested in the Hearst project. Thanks again for your patience.
